About Me
I’ve been through it myself and know what it’s like to face health challenges head-on. I’m here to listen, share what I’ve learned, and offer real support that actually helps.
Background
James Bennett is a retired engineer who was diagnosed with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) about five years ago. After dealing with the symptoms for a while, he underwent a successful procedure, and now his condition is stable. Since his recovery, James has become passionate about sharing his experience to help others navigating similar health journeys. Outside of health mentoring, James enjoys woodworking and is known for his impressive handmade furniture projects. He’s also an avid hiker, spending weekends exploring trails around his hometown. In addition, James volunteers at a local community center, where he teaches basic carpentry skills and helps with home repair projects for families in need. His down-to-earth personality and wealth of practical knowledge make him an easy-going mentor who’s always ready with a listening ear and helpful advice.
